Technical Advantages of Vertical Circulation Parking System
Before we had adopted fork type structure, with a smaller number of parking Spaces, so the structure of low cost, more economical, along with increasing the number of parking Spaces, the structure of the transmission ratio is small, the shaft torque, doesn’t meet the needs of the many parking Spaces, the Korean Dongyang design is more reasonable, so we design improvements to our device with reference to South Korea.
- The transmission adopts rotary bearing, gear modulus m=10, Korea m=6, to ensure the safe use under full offset load limit condition.
It can be seen that the original is the fork drive, through the fork and the big sprocket in the same drive shaft, only through the big sprocket wheel and motor sprocket reducer, the torque of the drive shaft is very large, after the change of the drive shaft first through the gear reducer, and then through the big sprocket wheel motor sprocket reducer, the torque of the drive shaft is small, the force is reasonable.
- The transmission part is installed in the factory (except motor reducer is not installed), which is convenient for foreign users to install.
- If the number of parking Spaces is more than 14, frequency conversion motor is adopted to ensure a stable and reliable start.
