  Recently, the high-performance underground-3 plus above-ground-3 pit-type lifting and traversing mechanical parking system manufactured by our company has completed installation, commissioning and trial operation at the project site in Costa Rica. The equipment operates stably with all performance indicators meeting standards and has been officially put into service.

  The pit-type lifting and traversing parking system deployed in Costa Rica is an optimized intelligent parking solution tailored to on-site operating conditions overseas. Adopting a layout with three underground levels and three above-ground levels, it breaks the spatial constraints of conventional surface parking. Based on the proven lifting and traversing working principle, the system is driven by high-precision motors and chain transmission structures, coupled with an automatic PLC intelligent control system. It enables precise lifting and smooth lateral movement of vehicle-carrying platforms to realize automatic vehicle access without cumbersome manual intervention, greatly boosting parking efficiency. Compared with traditional parking modes, it drastically increases the number of parking spaces within a limited area by fully tapping into underground and above-ground three-dimensional space, effectively addressing the shortage of parking spaces in downtown business districts and residential communities overseas plagued by limited land space.

  The pit-mounted structural design delivers remarkable advantages. The main framework of the equipment is embedded into underground pits, leaving no redundant steel structures above ground. Its neat layout avoids blocking building lighting and damaging the overall site landscape, complying with local architectural styles and urban planning standards in Costa Rica. Furthermore, the system is equipped with a comprehensive multi-layer safety protection system, including anti-falling devices, intrusion detection alarms for people and vehicles, vehicle length and weight detection, power-failure self-locking, emergency stop function, overvoltage and undervoltage protection, etc. These safeguards comprehensively secure equipment operation, parked vehicles and on-site personnel. Featuring low noise and low energy consumption during operation, the solution is safe, eco-friendly and suitable for long-term maintenance and operation overseas.

  On-site commissioning data verifies that the system delivers fast vehicle access response, smooth and stable operation and low failure rates. Boasting sturdy structure, convenient maintenance and low operational costs, it fits the maintenance conditions of remote overseas regions. Targeted upgrades including anti-corrosion treatment for structural materials and enhanced structural compression resistance have been carried out to adapt to Costa Rica’s climate and construction conditions. The upgraded equipment can withstand humid and volatile outdoor environments efficiently and extend service life significantly, demonstrating the exquisite craftsmanship and outstanding environmental adaptability of our company’s parking equipment.
